Heat Shield Repair

"My heat shield came loose on my car and was looking for a shop to reattach. I called Rouses’s Auto Repair to fix the issue. They reattached my heat shield and provided excellent customer service. It was the first time I’ve used this shop and Jim and his team were wonderful. I would not only recommend their shop, but they have earned a future customer. Highly suggest if you are in need of a trustworthy repair shop. Thanks for all your help!"

"I could not recommend Jim or his establishment more—and I do, every chance I get. Libertyville has a lot to offer, but having a mechanic you can trust with your life is at the top of the list when you’re a support system of one. Affordable, reliable, transparent—Rouse’s is the only place it’s guaranteed you’re always in both capable AND caring hands. If you’re going somewhere else, you’re doing it wrong."

"I appreciate Jim for the excellent service he provides for us. He is honest and straightforward. I am grateful to Jim for his kindness, helpfulness, and honesty during those times when we brought our cars in and when he found that nothing was wrong with our cars, he didn't even charge us a cent. He or his mechanic had to spend time checking on our cars, yet he did not charge us any fee. I feel at ease to take my cars in to Rouse's Auto Repair, because it is a place that I can trust. Also, there is a good space upstairs where you can wait while they take care of your cars. I highly recommend Rouse's Auto Repair. Keep up your good work, Jim and the mechanics!"
