"Great bunch of guys, been using them for a long time. Fair with their prices and do great work. Go out of their way to help and truthfully explain things. As long as they are around I will never go to a dealer for repair work."

"I had been with the same mechanic for the last 12 years that I've lived in Grayslake until I found this place. I bought a car from a friend who used to take it to Rouse's so I figured I'd give them a shot being that they took care of her car for so long and her family's cars for so long. So this is what I found out. Hands down they were courteous, friendly, did an excellent job, they quoted me a time and they were done by the time that they quoted me. They are straight shooters over there! Plus the bonus was the price was right! So thanks Richie and Jim for being so helpful Uganda customer for life!"
