"First time visitor. I stopped in because front turn signal light was out and hard to get at so Rich said let me take a look. He took the car in the shop and pulled it back around in 10 minutes fixed! The charge was $5.00 for the bulb and I asked him if I could pay him for his time or buy him a coffee and he said absolutely not! Good old fashioned customer service! Also, I was visiting with a gentleman that was also there and he said he had been taking his cars to Rouse’s for 30 years! Tough to find that kind of customer loyalty today but after meeting Rich today I can understand why!"
