"It’s so refreshing knowing that you can bring your car on to get repaired and not get ripped off. If something needs to be fixed, it will get fixed. If something is OK, you will know. Want to know how bad you may be getting ripped off? Bring your car to another shop and then bring it to Rouse and compare. We won’t bring our vehicle anywhere else."

""I cannot recommend Rouse's Auto Repair enough! Jim and his team are the absolute gold standard for automotive care in Libertyville. When my car's AC stopped working during this heat, they went completely above and beyond to get it fixed quickly. It is incredibly rare to find a mechanic shop with this level of honesty, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. They are fast, professional, and do top-tier work. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy shop that truly looks out for people, bring your vehicle to Rouse's Auto Repair."
