"I may need service soon and it struck me that I neglected to add a review in the past. Jim has taken care of complex issues with my car for years. He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone."

"Jim is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I called him with my car's weird issues and he knew what the problem was right away without even seeing it! He looked at it the same day I called and had it waiting for me after I got out of work. He even drove me to pick up my rental!"

"Had a trailer hitch mounting installed in just a few hours for 1/4 the cost the dealership cited. This is our the second vehicle we brought to Rouse's Auto Repair for the same service, and we are extremely impressed with the promptness, thoroughness and professionalism of the service. We will certainly utilize this business again in the future!"

Just WOW!
"I am not only amazed with the work performed which fixed the issue, but they have exceptional customer service at Rouse. When other shops have cleared codes and not corrected the problems, finding Rouse is an absolute blessing! A weight off my shoulders. Thank you Jim, THANK YOU so very much sir!"
