Just WOW!
"I am not only amazed with the work performed which fixed the issue, but they have exceptional customer service at Rouse. When other shops have cleared codes and not corrected the problems, finding Rouse is an absolute blessing! A weight off my shoulders. Thank you Jim, THANK YOU so very much sir!"

"On November 12,2024 I took my 2013 Sonata to Rouse's. I brought in the paperwork I was given from my local Hyundai dealership. Their recommendation was to have the oil pan gasket replaced. Jim reevaluated why I has an oil leak and determined I needed the valve cover gasket replaced, not the oil pan gasket. I was given a quote, had the repair made and haven't had a drop of oil since the repair. I was so impressed that Jim took the time and made the extra effort to determine what the real issue was by making his own analysis. It was a pleasant surprise and couldn't have turned out any better! Thank you"

"On November 12, 2024 my local Hyundai dealership recommended that I have my oil pan gasket replaced because of an oil leak. I took it to Rouse's with the Hyundai paperwork I was given, to get a second opinion and a quote for the repair. Jim reevaluated the oil leak and uncovered that the valve cover gasket was the issue, not the oil pan gasket. He gave me a price and made the repair. I haven't seen a drop of oil since. I'm so impressed with Rouse's spot on analysis. His extra effort to determine the correct cause of the issue was a very pleasant surprise which worked out for the best in the long run. Thank you!"

"My Toyota Sienna van and Venza Have been under great care at Rouses Auto shop. When AAA told me I needed several things done to my car, I brought it to Rouses for a second opinion and found out that none of it was true. We have since brought our cars to the shop for regular maintenance, repairs and tires. I highly recommend Rouses. Our cars are 16 and 12 years old. Jim and his crew are #1!!"
