"I may need service soon and it struck me that I neglected to add a review in the past. Jim has taken care of complex issues with my car for years. He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone."

"Jim is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I called him with my car's weird issues and he knew what the problem was right away without even seeing it! He looked at it the same day I called and had it waiting for me after I got out of work. He even drove me to pick up my rental!"
