"My heat shield came loose on my car and was looking for a shop to reattach. I called Rouses’s Auto Repair to fix the issue. They reattached my heat shield and provided excellent customer service. It was the first time I’ve used this shop and Jim and his team were wonderful. I would not only recommend their shop, but they have earned a future customer if I need any repairs in the future. Highly suggest if you are in need of a trustworthy repair shop. Thanks for all your help!"

"I was a walk-in needing help with replacing my light bulb. The owner came out and helped me right away with no hesitation. He was kind, direct, and quick. I’m traveling back to Wisconsin so I absolutely needed this done. I’m so grateful!"

"I appreciate Jim for the excellent service he provides for us. He is honest and straightforward. I am grateful to Jim for his kindness, helpfulness, and honesty during those times when we brought our cars in and when he found that nothing was wrong with our cars, he didn't even charge us a cent. He or his mechanic had to spend time checking on our cars, yet he did not charge us any fee. I feel at ease to take my cars in to Rouse's Auto Repair, because it is a place that I can trust. Also, there is a good space upstairs where you can wait while they take care of your cars. I highly recommend Rouse's Auto Repair. Keep up your good work, Jim and the mechanics!"
